1. Bookings
All bookings are confirmed only after payment of the booking fee. The customer is responsible for providing accurate details at the time of booking.
2. Payments
Payments can be made via Cash or UPI directly to the company or assigned driver.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- The booking fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- If the full amount has been paid, applicable deductions will be made based on the timing and reason for cancellation.
4. Vehicle & Driver
Vehicle models (Hatchback, Sedan, SUV) are subject to availability. The company ensures clean vehicles and professional drivers, but unforeseen circumstances (like traffic or weather) may affect timings.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Dream Travels shall not be responsible for delays, loss of property, accidents, or any indirect damages during the journey. Passengers are advised to keep their valuables safely.
6. Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be subject to Nasik, Maharashtra (India) jurisdiction only.
